Women in Muncie say a strange man is approaching and touching them in stores

Police in Muncie are warning people to be on the lookout for a man who is following women in stores and touching them in ways that make them uncomfortable. Muncie Police say they’ve received at least three separate reports of the same man approaching women while they’re shopping. “They think they are safe and secure in a store but they get caught off guard,” said Muncie Deputy Police Chief Mark Vollmar. Police have surveillance video of the man, who appears to be in his 40s, approaching women at least twice at the Muncie Target store.
