Brandon Judd supports SCOTUS decision on Texas immigration law

National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd says he expected the U.S. Supreme Court to rule in favor of allowing local Texas law enforcement to arrest suspected illegal immigrants. "This is trespassing. The state passed a law saying that if you get into our country illegally, you are trespassing on the state of Texas. By trespassing, they have the right to arrest you, take you into custody and charge you for that," says Judd.
