The Spark of World War 3? France's Bold Move

France is planning on sending 2000 troops into Ukraine to help fight against Russia. Putin has warned that if any Western country sends soldiers into Ukraine it would be the beginning of WW3. The EU is also pushing for an official "war economy." Is this the spark that starts WW3?
