Let us see once again the beauty of Bethlehem (Bedham) Church, Isfahan.

Eucharist in this church
Orthodox Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ (peace be upon him) on the night of January fifth and his baptism in churches the next morning. During this ceremony, water in a large vessel is blessed with holy oil and distributed to those present in the church to heal the sick and also to bless the home. A week before the New Year, Armenians abstain from eating meat products, and on the day of Eid, all pious (fasting) Armenians, after singing the hymns of Jesus in the Bible, eat “unleavened bread” during the Lord’s Mass, which is the last. It's the Messiah's dinner, they're breaking their fast. At this ceremony, the Archbishop reads prayers for the beginning of the new year and wishes Christians peace and tranquility throughout the world on this day.
