Maine LD 227 is the most horrendous Transgender Trafficking bill we have seen. Besides allowing any adult to take a minor across state lines to receive transgender drugs and surgeries, this bill adds:

🚷 Protection for transgender traffickers.

🚷 Protection for school counselors, therapist and organizations that assist a minor being transported and hidden.

🚷 Layers of penalties to discourage families and detransitioners from filing legal action against malpractice.

🚷 They've hid this bill from the public under a policy called "draft concept". We have a copy because we work with an inside contact.
