Hour 1. It's On, It's Off -The new Texas immigration laws was given the temporary go ahead from the US Supreme Court, but late last night the 5th Cricut stepped in and vacated the original decision to hold a new hearing today. Should Texas be able to enforce it's own immigration laws? Who is in charge of immigration? What about the border invasion, should Texas be able to take action?

Hour 2. Sorry, Douglas County is Closed. The county is suing the state so they can co-ordinate with ICE to deport immigrants AND prohibit the bussing of immigrants into the county in most cases. Jeff and Bill welcome Lora Thomas, Douglas County Commissioner. She outlines the County plans and IF they are willing to go to the Supreme Court. The conversation also covers what has happened since Tri-County Health was disbanded.

Hour 3. Does the Second Amendment grant gun rights to immigrants, legal or illegal? Jeff, Bill and callers discuss a recent ruling granting Second Amendment rights to all immigrants, as long as they are not violent offenders. Do you agree? IF those rights in the Constitution are given by God, why wouldn't the immigrants have them too?

Hour 3. What did you do for fun when you were a kid? How has that changed for today's children? What are the negative impacts? Jeff and Bill welcome Zach Rausch, Associate Research Scientist, NYU-Stern School of Business, to chat about the new book he worked on, "The Anxious Generation: How the Great Re-Wiring of Childhood Has Created an Epidemic of Mental Illness". It is a fascinating discussion on how childhood has changed for the worse and the current social media environment is having significant negative consequences on the next generation. Zach also outlines 4 steps we can take to help reverse the trend.
