Aaron Rupar Stunned What Donald Trump Said About Lifelong Devout Catholic Joe Biden: Independent journalist Aaron Rupar was very busy over the weekend cutting clips out of context from Donald Trump's campaign rally in which he's promised a "bloodbath" if he loses. Here's another clip, but first, in January, I did a post about The Hill's report on President Joe Biden balancing his devout Catholicism with hot-button 2024 issues. I never think of Biden as a Catholic at all — he doesn't act like it — but he sure does like to talk about it. He's called pro-abortion Nancy Pelosi his "Catholic sister" and regaled us with tales of him racing from attending mass in his Puerto Rican neighborhood to sit in at a black church, meeting Civil Rights activists to desegregate restaurants and movie theaters. Abortion really is a top-of-mind issue for Democrat voters, and Biden is campaigning to make Roe v. Wade the law of the land, even though Donald Trump is lying about his support for late-term abortions, which were legal under Roe v. Wade.Show more

Josh Hawley said that thanks to whistleblowers, we knew that Biden's FBI had been "interviewing priests and choir directors as part of their attempts to go after 'traditionalist Catholics.'" When Hawley asked FBI Director Christopher Wray about the targeting of Catholics, Wray didn't deny it — he said it wasn't "intentional."

The Biden administration has ramped up prosecutions under the FACE Act, which protects entrances to abortion clinics from obstruction. Biden's DOJ sent around 30 FBI agents to raid the home of a Catholic activist who'd been accused of pushing a clinic escort … a year earlier. No charges had been brought against him, and the escort unsuccessfully tried to sue him. He doesn't want school choice that would allow kids to attend Catholic schools.
