Here's an email reply on 1/28/2024 (before 6 of the 11 elected officials resigned) from Michelle, to one of our elected officials, who had legitimate concerns. For privacy, the name of the elected official has been omitted. Please note the last major point. We were on the fast-track to standing-up The California Assembly, and after this email was sent out at 8:46am pacific time...6 of 11 quit!

"Thank you so much for your very thoughtful email. I will do my best to satisfactorily answer your great questions 👍🏻😊

1) Will publishing in the paper have any negative and/or positive consequences?

Because The California Assembly is the lawfully elected authority, we have the protection of our “Summoning Authority”, The Federation of States, as long as we remain lawful and peaceful both as our free selves, and as an Assembly. Further, we have something called “general jurisdiction”, which means that we are the highest authority above all the British Territorial subcontractors and Papist Municipal subcontractor jurisdictions, as applicable, when lawfully “seated”. All of you have been lawfully seated. Additionally, we can’t be recognized as holding that very status without proper public notice after an election. In other words, we are at greater risk because nobody knows we’ve don’t this yet (since there’s been no proper notice).

2)what protections and support do I have if things go bad? Or what support do I need to have in place If someone decides to go after me? (this question isn’t out of fear but caution. My kids worry all the time that I’m going to be arrested; how do I prepare them?)

Unfortunately, we are at a risk because of no notice yet. The Federation can only do so much while we have “claimed” to: have had a lawful election, affirmed elected officials in place, and a Declaration submitted. We are definitely being watched, we are definitely infiltrated, and we cannot continue to leave all Californians at risk. In my opinion, without the notice, the risk to you and your kids is actually greater. My advice…keep being peaceful and lawful. You have a lawful right to help with the Reconstruction. Assembling by way of a proper summoning authority is not a crime under any existing laws. I would not advise you to do the ZPlates or anything like that (yet). We have not fulfilled our obligations. We will get it done. I’m so determined.

3) are their examples of other states that have done this?

Several of us are very close. As far as I know, many have tried, but none have succeeded. They have been attacked from within, presumably because fear, top-down thinking, control, exhaustion, politics, IT Takeovers. Anna may have more details.

Sadly, I heard last week that 3 State Coordinators from across the country have quit this month. I need to get their stories directly from them or Anna about specifically what happened.

4) I did not know about being published back in September August, July June of last year 2023. Why wasn’t this addressed back during this time Or why didn’t David mention this to be put in the Election handbook for California 2023 election? I first heard about this in late November. Why wasn’t it mentioned in October?
I ask this because; it seems like things just keep popping up; all of a sudden, out of nowhere. Did anyone know about this in September or earlier? I wasn’t even expecting to be nominated.

Marshal David alerted me about this requirement in early October, I believe, sometime not too long after the final Affirmation needed…of Coroner John Farinacci. I told Marshal David that the Declaration would be published on LRO, and on our LinkTree, and that should be sufficient. He disagreed with me, and he persisted in asking me to get clarification from Anna. He felt it must be the same method we used with publishing our election announcement notice in the Sacramento Bee. Once again, when I clarified with Anna, I learned he was right. Anna said multiple times since then, that this is a must. Anyone unwilling to “go public” needs to step down. I pray that no one steps down. This is a foundational step toward any of our work being legitimate.

3) did Anna say there was a deadline for this to happen? Why can’t we add this to the process for this next election go around?

We will definitely include it for every election in the future. I have not been given a deadline, however, I pray we have not missed it if there is one because of all of the concerns, confusion, chaos, (and dare I say coercive delay tactics being thrust upon us…clearly not by you!!) The ad will be going up starting 2/2/2024. I’ve ccd Anna so she can chime-in, about a deadline if there is one.

4) and who did Anna say has to take the lead on this? Because since energies are high with certain elected officials; maybe someone neutral needs to take this project over. Someone not an elected official, because there seems to be a divide. David is getting anxious to get this done and others feel this is demanding because of his eagerness- I feel that we need to let someone else take it over. This will go in circles of “David isn’t my boss”.

We had a fantastic meeting yesterday with three of the elected officials, and others on our Assembly who joined after the meeting was announced after our California Mop & Bucket call. I agree with you about tensions, hurt feelings, divide & conquer happening…yet again. It’s such a bummer. It seems every time we make progress, there are more allegations. It’s hard for me to have to see our Marshal under constant attack for doing his job, pointing out unlawfulness, and speaking up for what’s right. His communication style is very persistent, truthful, and direct, and sometimes people are “offended by his tone”, but it’s our job to walk lawfully. It is being lawful that matters in our jurisdiction, and no democracy, popularity, or agenda can be allowed to compromise our integrity or lawful obligations in this great Restoration project.

Your description about the big ball jumbled wire really painted a great visual aid in my mind. You are exactly right. The reason we haven’t gotten that awesome Dee-style checklist done you described, is because I can’t seem to break myself free from having to answer to incessant attacks. Your email isn’t an attack, by the way. Aside from you, it is literally unbelievable what I have to deal with on a daily basis. I’m starting to believe that keeping me busy with things that feel like hate-mail, and having to defend myself, is a tactic, perhaps THE tactic, to make sure we don’t stand. I don’t wish this on anyone, and if volunteers could just be allowed to move forward with their projects while I’m dealing with the bullies, we could stand up this State’s 4-Pillars and get all of the functions done. People rely on me and wait on me, but the busy-distractions cause delays above and beyond my job, regular assembly work, and my family. It’s ok, I can handle it…not that I want to necessarily, but because I don’t want any of you to suffer from the same bullying tactics that I have to deal with. I want you to fulfill your functions without a target on your back too. The perpetrators aren’t distracting all elected officials, just the Marshal…the one standing for lawfulness. Go figure.

While they falsely believe and push ideas like “Michelle is in charge…so we’ve got to get rid of her” or “David Gall is a satanist, so we have to get rid of him”, or “Michelle and David are destroying the Assembly”, or “I’m so sick of Michelle and David”, or, or, or, or….fill-in the blank of your choice, you can simply focus your attention on your actual elected job with the State Recorders. The work can happen anyways, and the State can stand up while nobody is attacking you at all. I’m starting to feel like it should be in my job description to keep the bullies off your backs, while you continue to function 😂 (kidding but not kidding lol).

I want to support you, all Californians, all Americans…and maybe everyone around the world someday, in this massive effort. It takes many of us to get the job done. The work being done by our elected officials is like the gold that will become evident as we stand. Keep striving, keep studying, keep helping our Recorders, keep standing. That will be the greatest death-blow to the folks who hate me, and David too frankly. Californians thank you for your dedication and so do I. You’re a dedicated and hard working mom, elected official and trustworthy woman. Thank you.
