Northwestern University Faculty Fellow Mark Mills says the Biden administration’s electric vehicle mandate is not a good long-term plan for our economy, supply chain, or consumers. “To put it in simplistic terms, they on average cost more, they are harder to fuel, and they so far have lower liability,” says Mills.
