An illegal alien named Byron Pineda caused a motorcycle accident in my district that killed one of my constituents.

I wrote to the DHS demanding more information on his legal standing with the U.S. government. They declined to answer, saying Mr. Pineda would have to sign off on any information released.

Americans’ right to be protected from deadly encounters should not be predominated by a “right to privacy” given to illegal aliens.
