Polk County Citizens Defending Freedom has filed a lawsuit against the Polk County School Board Unlisted Video

Since 2021, Polk County Citizens Defending Freedom has been battling age in-appropriate material in the schools that violate Florida statutes.

Polk CDF has challenged more than 50 books that violate Florida statute. The Polk County School Board has failed to comply with Florida Statute as well as properly follow their own book review policy to determine the legitimacy of those challenges.
