Info from Licensor: "The flight was full and a female flight attendant asked a person seated to remove their small bag from overhead bin and place it on the floor to make room for others. Person seated became irate and cussed at the flight attendant out loud, with kids sitting around. She asked him to calm down. He did not. A male flight attendant came and asked if there was a problem. The seated person continued to curse and yell profanities at him. The male attendant then, rightfully, asked him to deplane. He refused, and everyone started recording. The pilot came on and asked everyone to stop recording. Police cars showed up outside of the plane, and the male attendant asked the person to deplane again. Once again, he refused. Now to prevent Southwest from getting bad publicity of the person being taken off by the police, the pilot asked everyone to deplane. People were obviously upset because this is causing a delay, and people would miss their connections at LAX. The passenger in the grey hoodie walks up to the person sitting down and asked him to get off, for the sake of everyone on the plane because everyone had plans and places to be in Los Angeles. Original person sitting down gave him attitude and supposedly spat on him, per the witnesses nearby. This is when the fight occurred. When police officers came on the plane, everyone vouched for the person in the grey hoodie and made sure he did not get in trouble. Everyone proceeded to deplane and waited at the gate. The original irate passenger and his friend were taken off the plane and walked through the gate, where everyone cheered after they were kicked off. The larger passenger was bound to a wheelchair when taken off. We did not see the person in the grey hoodie escorted off. Although the video shows him hitting them, according to the entire flight, he was the good guy out of the situation, as he just wanted the flight to be on time for everyone else."
