Gen Z: What's A Paper Route? Last Days of Good Work Ethic?

Are we in the last days of considering a good work ethic a virtue?
We were designed to work. Has the current generation lost the virtue of a work ethic?
We were divinely designed to work. Only 4% of Generation Z adhere to a Biblical World View.
Differences Between Boomers and Gen Z:
* work hard at an early age
* love for competition (which became taboo)
There is a silver lining in hope for this generation.
