Welcome back, everyone, to the Perilous World Radio show as Alan Masters and Jan Masters take on a susceptible subject to most: death. Everyone experiences the pain and sadness of death. No one ever wants to lose a loved one, For Alan, it makes him step back and realize how short life really is and questions whether or not he has done enough in his life.
There are two complete universes. There's the universe that is considered the devil's realm, which is Earth and everything in it. On the other hand, there is the spiritual side, which awaits us if we have faith and understanding. We need to realize that this world we live in does not own us. The Lord of this world, the Lord of the flies, does not own us. We belong to God, and our hearts and souls belong to Him.
There are many things that our minds cannot imagine, but our spirit has the ability to understand in a different way, with a different language - the unspoken word, the wordless words. My father always talked about it - it's an understanding of depth. But how do we get there? God said, "Be still and know."
When you realize that when Jesus said, "All that I have done, you will do and more," it seems unfathomable, but the truth is, it's not actually you doing it. It's Him doing it through you, and you don't get any credit. The only credit you get is for partnering with Him and saying, "I know where the authority comes from, and it's not from me. The only reason I can do it is because now I'm His, and He's mine, and He works through me."
In conclusion, there's much more that we can do, and all we need is faith.
