Direct Approach

While out meeting beautiful women, you will run into scenarios where you see a woman that you want to meet, but she happens to be across the room.

Typically with The Dating Arts, we open over the shoulder as to convey that we aren't invested on the "in".

If she is across the room, you literally have to invest to walk over there to talk to her, so to do that and act that you're not invested, sends mixed signals.

Rather you handle it, by not worrying so much about the over the shoulder, and going up directly, while owning up to the fact, that you walked up to talk to them.

On the other hand, what you can control is the reason "why" you walked up to them, is it because "she's hot and you wanted to meet her" or is it because "she looks like an LA girl, so surely she has an opinion on this thought".

Any assumptions of "you are trying to hit on us", if that's not the assumption that you want, can easily be handled with something like ... "Easy, I'm spoken for ... all I can offer is good conversation".
