Quick Thinking Saves Lives! Officers Use Dumpster to Save Woman from Burning Building

Some quick-thinking police officers rolled over a dumpster and climbed on top of it to rescue a woman on a 2nd flood balcony as she was trying to escape from a blazing fire, in Las Vegas, Nevada, back in December. The officers were awarded commendations last week for their heroic actions.
