Your STATE essentially comprises the emotions and thought patterns you experience at any given moment. These thoughts and emotions vibrate at a certain frequency, which correlates to your vibrational state. Moreover, your vibrational state determines your external reality and the manifestations in your life.
Here, I discuss why it's crucial to learn to control your thoughts, emotions, and state at any given moment. With numerous external triggers such as events, situations, and people, it's easy to be thrown off balance, lowering your state and making it harder to maintain a higher vibrational frequency.
