Listen for 21 consecutive days.

It is a term used to describe experiences in which the individual perceives himself outside his physical body, being able to perceive the environment around him and even interact with people who are also projected. This type of experience, also known as conscious projection or astral travel, is studied by Projectiology, a specialty of Conscientiology that seeks to understand the projection of consciousness and its manifestations outside the biological body and its actions in non-physical dimensions. Anthropologists note that astral projection is reported by almost everyone and individuals of all genders, ages, ethnicities and religions.

According to Projectiology, full consciousness (or holosoma) is constituted by a set of elements: the soma, the biological body; energosoma, energetic body; psychosoma, emotional body; and mentally...

432 Hz: Harmonizes with nature's heartbeat

We don't always listen to a lot of music tuned to 432 Hz, because almost everything we hear on the radio or at concerts is tuned to 440 Hz (the accepted standard). However, when we change that tuning, even at a measly 8 wave cycles per second, the changes in our consciousness and our body are dramatic.

A 2016 study of listening to music during dental procedures found that music at 432 Hz relieved anxiety, lowered heart rate and blood pressure, and improved perceived pain levels during surgery. But what's so magical about 432 Hz?

The main scientific factor as to why this particular frequency has the power to calm us and elevate our mood lies in something called the Schumann Resonance. German physicist Winfried Otto Schumann first documented the Schumann Resonance, which is the frequency of magnetic waves that continually resonate between the Earth's surface and the ionosphere (upper atmosphere). This frequency is about 8 Hz and is sometimes called the heartbeat of the Earth because of its constant vibration.

8 Hz is connected to 432 Hz because the two frequencies resonate with each other. Not all frequency combinations resonate well with each other. Next time you're at the piano, try pressing a set of white and black keys close together and you'll hear them collide.
