GUEST OVERVIEW: The Rt Hon. Ann Widdecombe, is an ex-MP, ex-MEP, political commentator, author and TV personality. Ann became the Member of Parliament for Maidstone in 1987 and she held the seat until 2010. Ann was a Strictly Come Dancing contestant and wrote the book The Dancing Detective, Father Figure, The Clematis Tree-the story of a family with a disabled child and Strictly Ann-her autobiography.
