When kundalini begins to rise along the spine there are seven chakras and seven lifetimes of impressions to be cleansed before radical transformation and renewal can occur. If this awakening takes place when lifestyle and dietary practices are not supportive, kundalini energy can become stuck, resulting in physical, mental, and emotional symptoms that have no apparent cause.
