Ground Beef and Cabbage Soup is a healthy and hearty dish! It’s made with ground beef, shredded cabbage, white beans and potatoes simmered in a delicious broth. It’s a perfect warm and cozy dish made with the simplest ingredients! Ground Beef and Cabbage soup Ingredients 1 lb ground beef 1 onion, diced 4 garlic cloves, minced 5 cups beef broth 2 potatoes, peeled and diced 5 cups shredded cabbage 2 15 oz cans white beans, drained Directions Heat oil over medium high heat and add ground beef. Season with salt and pepper and cook until cooked through. Drain excess liquid. Add onions, garlic and a little more oil and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Add beef broth, cabbage, potatoes and white beans. Bring to a boil and season really well with salt and pepper. Lower heat to medium low and let cook for 20 minutes.
