How to Make Reishi Tea

This video will teach you how to make Reishi, as well as Turkey tail tea. They can be boiled together to make a powerful health tea.
Reishi mushroom, also known as Ganoderma lucidum, has been traditionally used in Asian traditional medicine to boost the immune system and promote health. It is one of the few woody mushrooms that must be made into a tea and cannot be sautéed or eaten.
