Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach has filed a lawsuit against Pfizer, alleging that the pharmaceutical company made misleading and deceptive claims about its COVID-19 vaccine. The lawsuit claims that Pfizer concealed evidence of safety concerns, including risks to pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions, and made false claims about the vaccine's effectiveness against variants and its ability to stop transmission. According to the lawsuit, Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine, including: 1. Concealing evidence of safety concerns: Pfizer allegedly concealed evidence of safety concerns, including risks to pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions, and made false claims about the vaccine's safety. 2. False claims about effectiveness: Pfizer allegedly made false claims about the vaccine's effectiveness against variants and its ability to stop transmission. 3. Misleading marketing: Pfizer allegedly made misleading claims about the vaccine's benefits and risks, including claims that it was "safe and effective" and that it would "protect against COVID-19 and its variants." The lawsuit seeks civil monetary penalties, damages, and injunctive relief from Pfizer's misleading and deceptive statements made in marketing its COVID-19 vaccine. Kobach also alleges that Pfizer violated consent judgments it previously entered into with Kansas and other states to settle separate allegations. Kobach has stated that he believes Pfizer's actions were "unacceptable" and that the company's claims about its vaccine were "misleading and deceptive." He also stated that he is seeking to hold Pfizer accountable for its actions and to protect the public from further harm. Kobach has stated that he expects five other states to join the lawsuit. The case is filed in Thomas County, Kansas, and Kobach has stated that he chose to file the lawsuit in that county because of its lighter workload, allowing his office to devote the necessary resources to the case. Ladapo met with members of Florida's Public Health Integrity Committee (PHIC) to discuss the First Interim Report released by the Florida Statewide 22nd Grand Jury on the harmful impacts of mask mandates and lockdowns, all pushed by the federal government. "Florida rejected the prevailing orthodoxy regarding non-pharmaceutical interventions, but in reality, just followed pre-COVID pandemic response guidance, which elite bureaucrats tossed aside as fear and hysteria took over," said Governor Ron DeSantis. "Florida preserved freedom and blocked mandates. The grand jury has now confirmed what we knew all along -- Florida got it right." In this initial report, the grand jury noted that their investigation was hampered due to the refusal to participate by various federal agencies including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Even with this refusal from the federal government impeding a review to allow for transparency and accountability, the report's determinations were clear: Lockdowns and mask mandates caused more collateral damage than good. The jury identified anxiety, depression, suicidal behavior, and attention deficits were attributable to the "heavy-handed" policies of lockdowns. Lockdowns resulted in higher excess mortality rates. The jury found that jurisdictions that implemented lockdowns tended to have higher overall excess mortality rates. Evidence to support mask mandates were abysmal. "There is uncertainty about the effects of face masks," the jury concluded. There has never been sound evidence of effectiveness against the virus from face masks that provided statistically significant benefits. The CDC's COVID-19 hospitalization data is likely inflated. The jury found that the CDC's number of total COVID-19 hospitalizations is likely inflated due to asymptomatic or minor SARS-CoV-2 infections among patients that were classified as COVID-19 hospitalizations in order to financially benefit the hospital. "Leading by common sense and sound science was a priority for Florida from day one of COVID-19," said State Surgeon General Dr. Joseph A. Ladapo. "The findings of the grand jury demonstrate how going against federal mandates was the right choice for the health and freedom of all Floridians. The lasting damage done to Americans by COVID-19 mandates is no secret, but the grand jury's first interim report makes it even more evident." "During the pandemic, we threw away the basic principles of public health," said Dr. Martin Kulldorff, PhD. "The verdict is in. Lockdowns were a huge mistake." "CDC and other bodies ignored basic science, used their power to silence scientists that didn't agree with them, and subverted high-quality evidence to make decisions," said Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, MD, PhD. There is something odd that a fundamental principle of public health was thrown under the bus," said Dr. Bret Weinstein, PhD. It’s not just the COVID vaccines; it’s every single one of them. There has never, ever been a study [by the CDC] comparing the fully vaccinated kids who follow the CDC schedule versus kids who have not been vaccinated at all, who did not get a vitamin K shot, which is not a vitamin, and whose mother did not get vaccinated. If you compare the results of kids whose mom didn’t get vaccinated, no K shot, and no vaccines, and if you compare the outcomes of those kids versus kids who got the CDC schedule, there is a dramatic difference. It is an unbelievable difference. It is a difference that nobody wants to talk about. There are no studies, zero, that show the opposite. I go on Twitter, and the doctors say, well, for every study, there’s always a study that shows the opposite. This is the one case where there are no studies in medicine that show the opposite results. The fully unvaccinated kids are always healthier. And in fact, there was a ten-year study done by Dr. Paul Thomas, and of course, they got that study retracted unethically, in violation of the Cope guidelines. That ten-year study showed that the kids who got measles were the kids who were vaccinated against measles. The kids who got mumps were the kids who were vaccinated against mumps. The kids who did not get any vaccines did not get any of the diseases that the kids were vaccinated against. So when you talk about you shouldn’t be discriminated against because you didn’t get a vaccine, you should be applauded because you didn’t get a vaccine because you did the right thing. If you’re a parent and you didn’t vaccinate your kids, you should be applauded because you did the research and you found out that vaccines are causing chronic disease in America. There’s a study that was done by the Control Group. They have over 1000 people who are unvaccinated. The health outcomes in those people is night and day comparison with fully vaccinated people. We have like a 60% rate of people with a chronic disease in America. If you’ve not been vaccinated at all, the rate is close to zero. And, of course, none of this is talked about. They tried to get the CDC to do a study of the fully vaccinated versus the fully unvaccinated. In 2005, CDC Director Julie Gerberding promised to do such a study. She said, yes, we should do such a study. It’s important that we do a study now. We can refine it later. And that was nearly 20 years ago. And that study has never been done, and it will never be done, because they don’t want to know that all these vaccines have been harming people since the very beginning. There is no safe vaccine. Not a single one. Not one vaccine is safe and effective. And I actually went on Twitter, and I offered $2,500 to anybody who could show me such a study. Notably, panel member Dr. Joseph Fraiman offered an apology to the three creators of the Great Barrington Declaration, Battacharya, Kulldorf and Gupta. Fraiman, an emergency medicine physician in New Orleans, explained that after initially supporting the universal lockdowns and other mitigation efforts, he came to realize that the data showed they had an immeasurable benefit, at best, and were causing harm. He confessed that "initially I did think you all were crazy, or dumb, or maybe you just didn't understand what I was seeing." "I'm sorry, because I believe now you guys were correct," he said. "And you were correct from the beginning." Fraiman said he wished "that more people, including myself, had realized that sooner." The Great Barrington Declaration has argued for focusing protecting on those who are vulnerable to COVID-19 -- people with multiple, chronic underlying health conditions -- while allowing those with little risk to go about their business. That is what has been missing from the greatest experiment on humans of all time throughout this pandemic. Now, military medical whistleblowers have come forward with what they claim is perhaps the most accurate and revealing data set on vaccine safety one could possibly find. The pro-pharma politicians and media claim the CDC's pharmacosurveillance tool "VAERS" is not good enough to trigger investigations into the shots because anyone can supposedly submit a vaccine adverse event entry. Thus, all the concerning safety signals from VAERS are being ignored, even though that system was put in place as a consolation to the public for absolving vaccine manufacturers of liability. Well, now some military whistleblowers are coming forward to present data that, if verified, would signal extremely disturbing safety concerns about the vaccine that make the VAERS data look like child's play. On Monday, during Sen. Ron Johnson's five-hour hearing on a "COVID-19: Second Opinion," Ohio attorney Thomas Renz, who has been representing clients suing the vaccine mandates, presented DOD medical billing data from the Defense Medical Epidemiology Database (DMED) that paints a shockingly disturbing picture of the health of our service members in 2021. According to the military, DMED is the Armed Forces Health Surveillance Branch's (AFHSB) "web-based tool to remotely query de-identified active component personnel and medical event data contained within the Defense Medical Surveillance System (DMSS)." In other words, it contains every ICD medical billing code for any medical diagnosis in the military submitted for medical insurance billing during any given period of time. Three military doctors have presented queried data to Renz that shows a shocking and sudden spike in nearly every ICD code for common vaccine injuries in 2021. In a declaration under penalty of perjury that Renz plans to use in federal court, Drs. Samuel Sigoloff, Peter Chambers, and Theresa Long -- three military doctors -- revealed that there has been a 300% increase in DMED codes registered for miscarriages in the military in 2021 over the five-year average. The five-year average was 1,499 codes for miscarriages per year. During the first 10 months of 2021, it was 4,182. As Renz explained to me in an interview with TheBlaze, these doctors queried the numbers for hundreds of codes from 2016 through 2020 to establish a baseline five-year average. These codes were generally for ailments and injuries that medical literature has established as being potential adverse effects of the vaccines. Renz told me the numbers tended to be remarkably similar in all those preceding years, including in 2020, which was the first year of the pandemic but before the vaccines were distributed. But then in 2021, the numbers skyrocketed, and the 2021 data doesn't even include the months of November and December. For example, some public health officials speculate that COVID itself places women at higher risk for miscarriages. But the number of miscarriage codes recorded in 2020 was actually slightly below the five-year average (1,477). However, they were not drastically below the average on any one category in a way that one can suggest it reflects lockdown-related decreases in doctor's visits, which somehow led to an increase in 2021 diagnoses. The database has all the ICD codes for both military hospital visits and ambulatory visits. The data presented by Renz so far is all from the query of ambulatory diagnosis data. Aside from the spike in miscarriage diagnoses (ICD code O03 for spontaneous abortions), there was an almost 300% increase in cancer diagnoses (from a five-year average of 38,700 per year to 114,645 in the first 11 months of 2021). There was also a 1,000% increase in diagnosis codes for neurological issues, which increased from a baseline average of 82,000 to 863,000! Some other numbers he did not mention at the hearing but gave to me in the interview are the following: - Myocardial Infarction – 269% increase - Bell's Palsy – 291% increase - Congenital Malformations (for children of military personnel) – 156% increase - Female Infertility – 471% increase - Pulmonary Embolisms – 467% increase All these numbers are among the ambulatory visits because those are where the vast number of diagnoses in the military occur. However, Renz did say the increases were indicated in the hospitalized patients as well. I have seen one of the sworn declarations from one of the military doctors, and it states as follows, "It is my professional opinion that the major increases incidences of the above discussed instances of miscarriages, cancers, and disease were due to COVID-19 'vaccinations.'" According to Renz, it was the actual clinical experience of the three named doctors and several unnamed doctors that led them to investigate DMED, and their discoveries reflected their experience treating patients with ailments extremely unusual to healthy, young soldiers since the rollout of the vaccines. I have spoken to one of the whistleblowers who attests to being gravely concerned with seeing young soldiers with sudden metastatic cancers, auto-immune diseases, and heart and circulatory disorders that have caused many soldiers to drop out of various training programs. "These doctors were motivated to explore DMED data due to the numbers of case increases they were seeing empirically," said the whistleblower, who served in the military for many years. "Some physicians throughout the force (all branches) have been intimidated by commands not to perform the full spectrum of testing and adhere to the regulations, which implicitly direct full workups for EUA vaccination adverse reactions. It will require other military physicians to step forward and share experiences to fully ascertain the enormity of these allegations and engender an investigation to the fullest extent." Renz claims he has a video with two witnesses showing the entire process of downloading this data from the database and is prepared to present it in court. He also told me that this is just "the tip of the iceberg," as the codes have increased exponentially in numerous other diagnosis categories. Renz said his spreadsheet, which includes over 100 medical diagnosis categories, was shared with Senator Johnson and his staff before the Monday hearing. It's important to note that these numbers do not represent the number of individual people diagnosed with various ailments, but number of diagnoses codes used in totality at a given time. For example, someone who has a stroke is obviously going to rack up numerous neurological ICD codes over the course of a year with multiple ambulatory and hospital visits. However, the apples-to-apples comparison from the previous five years clearly shows an unmistakable spike in ailments. If these numbers are verified in the upcoming court cases, then absent some massive military insurance fraud or bizarre glitch in the system, it potentially paints a shocking picture of vaccine safety concerns that would indicate that not only were the VAERS safety signals something that should immediately have been followed up on, but they are plagued by woeful underreporting. The military is a defined, finite, and closely controlled and monitored population. They are also overwhelmingly young and healthy. If allegations of neurological, cardio, and cancer concerns surrounding the vaccines are indeed true, the military would be the most revealing place to discover it, and their data is the most reliable and undisputable. DMED is quite literally an epidemiological surveillance program designed for the express purpose of detecting surges in illness and injury to make sure the military is combat-ready. It's about national security even more than public health. Why would the military not have blown the whistle and warned the CDC right away about this data? On the military health system website, the Armed Forces Health Surveillance Division (AFHSD) is described as "the central epidemiologic resource for the U.S. Armed Forces, conducting medical surveillance to protect those who serve our nation in uniform and allies who are critical to our national security interests." How could the blaring and glaring surveillance signals of a lifetime be ignored by the Defense Health Agency (DHA), and how was this not conveyed to the general public? The question is why the military public health analysts have not been communicating with military doctors about the shocking spikes in diagnoses this year and why they have not put out any analysis explaining it. For his part, Sen. Ron Johnson said at the Monday hearing that he put DOD on notice that it better not delete any of the data. "The Department of Defense, the Biden administration is on notice they must preserve these records and this must be investigated," said Johnson. Renz testified at the hearing that some of the myocarditis data was slid backwards since the doctors originally downloaded it last year. Even if somehow these earth-shattering increases have nothing to do with the vaccines, isn't it important that our government investigate what appears to be a catastrophic decline in the health of our active-duty fighting force? After all, the DMED data was designed for this very purpose. "A person can do a research paper just on this data alone," said one of the whistleblowers I spoke to. "It was designed for this very purpose. The amount of data points you could query is nearly unlimited." The bottom line according to Renz is that the onus of proof is on the government, not on the military personnel and citizens being forced to take the shots. If the manufacturers are exempt from liability for government coercion to use their product, and the only pharmacological safety data we have is completely ignored, then where is the recourse of the people to redress safety concerns? In the opinion of the Ohio attorney, if the shots are safe and effective, then the Pentagon should have no problem explaining the source of these gargantuan increases in instances of numerous illnesses. Florida's Governor is still a hard no on mandatory COVID-19 vaccines for school children in the Sunshine State. Gov. Ron DeSantis rebuked the latest guidance from a panel of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices recommends that coronavirus vaccines be added to the Vaccines for Children program. This reportedly would not make the vaccines mandatory. The CDC lacks the power to require vaccines for school children, notes the Washington Post, with that power being ceded to states and localities. Yet for an aggrieved DeSantis, the CDC even "potentially" considering such an add was a step in the wrong direction nonetheless. "I know a lot of parents are concerned about that, because if that's on the immunization schedule, then the fear is that schools could potentially mandate your child to get a COVID shot even if that's something you don't want to do," DeSantis said. "As long as I'm kicking and screaming, there will be no COVID shot mandates for your kids," DeSantis affirmed to applause. "That is your decision to make as a parent." DeSantis cast doubt on the latest booster offering from Novavax, deriding the product as "new shots." "I get a kick out of it when people kind of compare it to (measles, mumps, and rubella shots) and things that have been around for decades and decades. Parents, by and large, most parents in Florida have opted against doing these booster shots particularly for young kids," DeSantis added. He noted that Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo "does not recommend" COVID-19 shots for "young kids, for kids under 18." "Basically his reason for that is that it's not really been a proven benefit," DeSantis said. "We can get into some of the potential side effects, we don't need to do that." Ladapo has articulated his strenuous objections to the COVID-19 shot of late. "Regardless of what the CDC votes on whether COVID-19 vaccines are added to routine child immunizations – nothing changes in Florida," he tweeted Wednesday. Ron DeSantis announced he wants lawmakers to pass legislation banning the use of central bank digital currency, or CBDC, in an effort to safeguard Floridians’ finances. “I am here to call on the legislature to pass legislation to expressly forbid the use of CBDC as money within Florida’s uniform commercial code,” DeSantis said. He said the proposal will make sure Florida continues to support innovation in the financial sector “while protecting against government surveillance over your personal finances.” CBDC is a digital form of central bank money that is widely available to the general public. DeSantis called out the notion of the government having a “direct view of all consumer activities.” “Any way they can get into society to exercise their agenda, they will do it […] How do we know? Because we’ve seen this happen in other parts of the world,” DeSantis said. DeSantis noted that central currency differs from traditional cryptocurrency, which is decentralized in nature. The governor said the proposal would also prohibit any CBDC issued by a foreign reserve or government-sanctioned central bank. “This will ensure that any effort to adopt a worldwide digital currency will never occur in the Free State of Florida,” he said. DeSantis called for like-minded states to also adopt similar legislation into their uniform commercial code and to reject any changes to their uniform code that would formally recognize a central bank digital currency. He spoke with Texas’ lieutenant governor and believes they may do something similar to Florida. “I think it’s really important that states stand up to fight back against some of the things that are going on, or most of the things that are going on right now in Washington, because they don’t have your best interests at heart. They have their own power at heart,” DeSantis said. DeSantis said he has been talking to leaders in the Florida Legislature and hopes to sign it into law later this year. The governor said CBDC is part of a movement to “try to use the levers of economic power to control society and to impose an agenda on society.” “They want to be able to impose their worldview on our society without being held accountable by any type of an electorate and that is wrong, and this idea of a central bank digital currency is also wrong,” DeSantis explained. Currently, Federal Reserve notes -- physical currency -- are the only form of acceptable central bank money in the U.S. “While the Federal Reserve has made no decisions on whether to pursue or implement a central bank digital currency, or CBDC, we have been exploring the potential benefits and risks of CBDCs from a variety of angles, including through technological research and experimentation,” the Federal Reserve’s website said. Peter McCullough, MD, is a consultant cardiologist and Vice Chief of Medicine at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. He is a Principal Faculty in internal medicine for the Texas A & M University Health Sciences Center.
