Resident Evil Lickers Explained

Licker's are a mutation of the T-Virus introduced in Resident Evil 2, they have no skin, but more importantly, they have no genitals! With this revelation, Mr. T-Virus and I set out to find the answers, going so far as to interview the director of Resident Evil, Paul W.S. Anderson and his wife who played Alice, Mila Jovovich about the creation of the creatures.
