10-day suspension for one officer who took Tanisha Anderson into custody, written warning for other

The City of Cleveland announced disciplinary actions for two police officers in connection with the roles they played in the death of a 37-year-old mentally ill woman. Safety director Michael McGrath said that after conducting disciplinary hearings for officers Bryan Myers and Scott Aldridge, he sustained the charges that were recommended by Cleveland police in regards to the death of Tanisha Anderson.
