Many have claimed over the years that Jesus never claimed to be God, but His claim that, “Before Abraham was, I Am,” contradicts the world’s claims. Jesus asked his disciples the question of who they believed Him to be and that same question should be asked of ourselves daily. Who do we say Jesus is? If he is nothing more than a good man or a prophet, then we will live our life as such, but if we accept Jesus’s proclamation that He is God, then our lives must reflect that.
