Prairie Truth #288 - Gateway Case Denied At Federal Level W/ Minister Tobias Tissen & Ross MacKay

The "Gateway Case" was one of the first case challenging Covid public health orders to see the inside of a court room and to be ruled on. Manitoba Chief Justice Judge Joyal ruled that the 7 churches and the one individual (Ross MacKay) involved in that case were in the wrong. Plenty has changed in rulings across the country since that ruling but still, The Supreme Court of Canada has decided to not even hear the case. This is an absolute landmark decision in Canadian law and stand to truly be remembered as a landmark decision against freedom of assembly and freedom of speech and expression.
