مواد لازم برای ۶ تا ۸ نفر:

۱/۴ پیمانه برنج
۱/۴ پیمانه بلغور( نیم ساعت در آب داغ خیس کنید)
۱/۲ پیمانه لپه نیم پز
۱ پیمانه لوبیا چشم بلبلی پخته شده
۲ تا ۳ لیوان پوره گوجه فرنگی
سبزی آش شامل تره، جعفری، گشنیز هر کدام یک دسته کوچک. اسفناج یک لیوان خرد شده )
۲ قاشق غذاخوری پر نعنا خشک
۳ یا ۴ حبه سیر له شده
۱ عدد پیاز بزرگ
عصاره گوشت
فلفل سبز تند بمیزان دلخواه
نمک
روغن برای پخت بمیزان لازم
آبغوره
Serves 6-8 people

Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup of rice
- 1/4 cup of bulgar (soaked for an hour in hot water)
- 1/2 cup of half-cooked yellow split peas
- 1 cup of cooked black eyed peas
- 2 to 3 cups of tomato puree or tomato sauce
- Herbs:
• 1 small bundle of tareh (if you cannot find it, the green part of leeks is fine)
• 1 small bundle of parsley
• 1 small bundle of cilantro
• 1 cup of spinach
- 2 heaping tablespoons of dried mint
- 3 to 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 large onion
- 2 beef buillon tablets or 2 heaping tbsp of beef buillon powder or use beef broth/stock instead of water
- 1 jalapeño pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil (as needed) - I used about 2 tbsp for the diced onions, and a lot more for the sliced onions/garlic sauce. I use canola oil
- Sour grape juice to taste (I used 1 ladle)
