Butler County babysitter charged with abusing 3-year-old, child 'brain dead,' family says

Lindsay Partin, 35, is suspected of abusing Hannah Wesche, according to Chief Anthony Dwyer with the Butler County Sheriff's Office. Wesche is brain dead and not expected to survive, according to her family. Her father says he'd like to donate her organs after she dies so another child can have a chance.
