Wind and ice foil dog walking attempt

This is snow laughing matter. A man from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, in Russia’s Far East, became the unfortunate star of a viral video after an attempt to walk his dog during bad weather saw him blown clean off his feet and then blown some more, as the wind, ice and snow came battering down. The dog didn’t seem that bothered, though, to be honest, he just wanted his walkies. Slidies. Whatever.

But really, it’s no joke, the storm did actually cause serious damage to the surrounding area.
