On March 10, 2021, During episode 2 of season 24 on South Park titled “South ParQ Vacation Special” they played a segment about Jeffrey Epstein where they claimed he was trafficking children for their “adrenochrome” so the “Satanic Cabal and Hollywood elites” can maintain their positions of power.

They depicted Oprah Winfrey and Hillary Clinton drinking the blood of children while President Obama was eating a child. “Independent” said this episode was made to mock QAnon supporters.
