Making the McDonald's Smokey Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese
Here is a bit of a more modern item from McDonalds but it was short lived and well liked. In the UK and other countries you will know it as the BigTasty. Basically, because you would not have know what the 113 gram smokey american bacon burger was. The sauce is the real trick and yes, I made the sauce. The recipe is below. Enjoy!
McDonald's Smokey Sauce
1/2 cup Mayo
2 tsp Yellow Mustard
2 tsp Sweet Pickle Relish
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/8 tsp Vinegar
1/8 tsp Liquid Smoke
