Bhindi Gosht is a flavorful dish combining tender pieces of meat with okra (bhindi) cooked in aromatic spices. Here's a basic recipe:

Ingredients:
- 500g lamb or goat meat, cut into pieces
- 250g okra (bhindi), washed and chopped_imali 50 g
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan or pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
5. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
6. Add the meat pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
7. If using a pressure cooker, add a little water, close the lid, and cook until the meat is tender. If using a regular pan, you may need to add more water and cook covered until the meat is tender.
8. Once the meat is cooked, add chopped okra and green chilies. Mix well.and add to imali mix well.
9. Cook uncovered until the okra is tender and the excess moisture evaporates.
10. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
11. Serve hot with rice or roti.
