Ingredients: caramel : 1/2 cup of sugar (100g) 1/4 cup of water (60ml) flan: 2 eggs . 1 egg yolk. 1 tablespoon of instant coffee . 1 tablespoon of warm water. 1 can of condensed milk (400g). 1 and 1/4 cup of milk (300 ml). 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. candied cherries and a mint leaves for decoration (optional)
