Nigerian DHL Scam

This scam originates in Nigeria. A text message is received prompting the receiver to text back an e-mail response. Thereafter, an e-mail arrives claiming to be from the FBI and a DHL package filled with $20 million U.S. dollars will be delivered to the receiver. The scammer hung up before we could complete his phony transaction and then blocked my number. He had called from 516-502-0319 which was routed through New York City from Nigeria. However, the scammer said he was located in Germany. Jah, right!
