Lava volcanoes emerging from volcanoes

A volcano is a mountain with a hole in it where hot, liquid rock known as lava emerges from a subterranean magma chamber.

Volcanic craters are found at the summit of most volcanoes. A volcano releases materials while it is in an active state. Lava, steam, gaseous sulfur compounds, ash, and fragments of fractured rock are among the ingredients.
