One of the most hotly debated topics on my channels is prenuptial agreements also know as "pre-nup's".

There are many who think they are the be all/end all to protect yourself in the event of a divorce while others will say they are a waste of time and money. The truth lies, as with most things in life somewhere in between.

Which is why I asked my guest this week Attorney Kelly Chang Rickert to joins me to discuss pre-nups, the pro's and con's, why you may or may not want to get one and more.

Kelly has been practicing law since 2000 and is certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Family Law Specialist. She is the the founder of the Law and Mediation Offices of Kelly Chang, APLC, a law firm specializing in Constitutional and Adoption/Family Law as well as an Adjunct Professor at Trinity Law School, where she teaches Family Law and Legal Research and Writing.
