AND!!! at 1:16:50 onwards listen to the director of the National Weather Service first deny any weather mod being done (in front of the audience giving a 1970's example) and then face to face says something entirely different!

Weather modification that was called "conspiracy theory" 10 years ago when we made this.. now everyones aware of whats going on! Solar Radiation Management and weathermodification, GMO foods gone next level and now US food is pretty much banned in Europe if its GMO!
