🚨(EDIT)NEW: Four Las Vegas teenagers accused of beating 17-year-old Jonathan Lewis to death ask the judge to DISMISS the murder charges over ‘insufficient evidence’

Their lawyers say that there isn't sufficient evidence to support the charges against them

❌Karen Connnolly, who represents Hernandez said: 'It wasn't planned, there was no coordinated series of attacks. This was a spontaneous response.'

Connnolly explained: 'There is no evidence that Damien directly caused the death of Jonathan as a principal

❌Special Public Defender Daniel Martinez, who is representing Randolph said that his client was only involved in the attack for 'less than 10 seconds'

❌Beaver’s attorney, Gabriel Grasso told the court that 'no evidence was presented [to prove] that Beaver struck a part of the body of Jonathan Lewis, which could later be determined to have led to his death.'

❌Robert Draskovich, who is Robinson’s attorney, told Judge Jones: 'There is no testimony, for example, that Gianni ever struck the alleged victim’s head or face with any kicks or punches'.

All four are currently being tried in adult court

Four other teenagers have already pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter, including two juveniles
