The Problem was, that PROMIS was TOO GOOD at what it did, and the US Department of Justice did NOT want other Agencies and more importantly, other Countries getting their Hands on this Software; so, INCREDIBLY, they set out to NOT finish paying INSLAW the $6 Million that was still owing to them by the Department of Justice and the Office of the Attorney General of the United States, causing INSLAW to slide into Receivership, and then, completely Outside of the Law, had a Secretive ‘Back Door’ added to the Software, so that ANY OTHER Department, Agency, or Country that bought access to this Software, which eventually became EVERY NATION ON EARTH, could be HACKED by the NSA…

Or, at least, this is the PUBLIC STORY that has been described as the OCTOPUS MURDERS, which eventually 'Claimed the Life' of Danny Casolaro, when he ’suffered’ Murder, as a made to look like Suicide, at the Hands of the United States Government…but again, this is what the United States Government and the WHITE HATS wanted the WORLD to BELIEVE, but it isn’t the Truth, it was just a ‘Cover Story’ for what was going on behind the Scenes, which during the 1980’s was the TAKEDOWN OF THE CABAL, from A to Z, where EVERYTHING became a LIE, designed to Confuse the Canaanites from Knowing just how Organized and Effective the White Hats were, and how UNITED they had become...

Remember this, William Hamilton, who created the company INSLAW and ‘wrote’ the PROMIS Software, came from the NSA, and NO ONE leaves the NSA to open up our their own PRIVATE Company, using NSA Knowledge and Technology as their Basis…thus, this ENTIRE STORY, was a BIZARRE MYTH to make America look like it was Bought and Sold, Completely Corrupt and Evil and NO THREAT to the Canaanites…and thru this Ruse of the PROMIS Software, it would SILENTLY and SECRETLY enter into the Deepest and Darkest places on and UNDER this Earth, giving the White Hats the ‘Leg Up’ in the War between Good and Evil...
