Number Of U.S. Hate Groups Grows Unlisted Video

According to Reuters, the Southern Poverty Law Center said on Wednesday that the number of hate groups operating in the United States rose 7 percent to an all-time high in 2018, reflecting an increasingly divisive debate on immigration and demographic change.
The SPLC, which has tracked hate groups since 1971, found there were 1,020 operating in the United States last year, breaking the 1,018 record set in 2011. It marked the fourth consecutive year of growth.
