Lenovo IdeaPad 3 - 17ADA05 Screen upgrade/replace

This is the full process how to change Lenovo laptop screen. This video is about Lenovo IdeaPad 3 - 17ADA05 laptop but should apply to many other Lenovo laptops.

If you plan to upgrade your screen then first check out what screens does the laptop support and be sure that it uses the same port for screen cable. There can also be difference in cables that are used and that work on different displays so check if you have correct cable for the screen that you want to change.

Got this new old stock laptop for really good price and only thing that bothered me was old style HD+ 1600X900 TN screen that is terrible at angles so I decided to swap it for FHD 1920X1080 IPS screen.
This video was edited on the same laptop after screen change, it is not the most powerful laptop out there and the process was not perfect but hey it works.
