When in low vibration, here is what I do (and DON'T do)

yes.. it is true... Sometimes I feel fear, anger or resentment which make me fall into a low vibration emotions.. But this is EXACTLY how I handle "low vibrational" states and how to actually address these emotions that surface in order to heal them instead of conceal them.

So many times I get asked by people if I actually feel low vibe sometimes and the answer to that is YES! Yes, there are times that I do feel lower vibrational states and emotions like anger, fear, resentment and guilt. And then the ego steps in and instigates the feelings like "well I'm much better than this low vibe feeling for low vibe people" and all that does is create MORE resentment. Well, what you must understand when you are feeling low vibrational emotions and states, there is actually a reason those emotions surface. Anytime we fall into low vibration, it is because of the meaning we give something that happened in our life or an experience. One of the most powerful lessons to learn is taking accountability and responsibility for the meaning that we give certain things in our life which then have the ability to cohesively create certain emotions. Being in a lower vibrational emotion, you have to look out for and be aware of what is being reflected back to us.

Everyone has a reason about why they hold on to certain things.. it could be a story about love, a person, an experience or anything that you hold as a landmark for why you have to think feel and act a certain why. Now, in order to really be able to even do something in a low vibrational state, you have to give yourself permission to not submit to the emotion but rather observe the emotions and be aware of what it is showing you about yourself and your story. Allow yourself to feel the emotions though; don't bypass them or try to store them away somewhere where all they'll do is come back... Feel it so you can heal it. Do not try to distract yourself with substances to suppress but do feel to heal. Do not blame it on others but do take responsibility for your story and meaning you give to things. Change your environment when you're in low vibe. And most importantly, redefine the things you give meaning to and be in an accepting place of whatever you are feeling.
