Creamy Cajun Chicken Recipe

For this easy healthy recipe that the whole family will enjoy you will need ;
Diced chicken breast or thigh
Butter
Salt & pepper
Cajun spices
Oregano
Basil
Chicken stock
Double cream
Firstly add your chopped chicken salt and pepper to your pan with the butter and cook through
Add your cajun spices , oregano & basil and mix through
You will then make your chicken stock and add to the pan along with half a pot of fresh double cream.
Stir and bring to the boil , you will then leave to simmer on low for about 20 minutes. Your dish is now ready to serve with whatever side you would like or enjoy on its own.
This meal was cooked and enjoyed by my 6 year old son! Teaching them young how to prepare and enjoy healthy foods!
