Sen. Mark Warner, D-Va., chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, told reporters U.S. forces could be “in combat” if $61 billion in Ukraine aid isn’t passed by Congress.
The Senate passed a $95 billion foreign aid package that covers Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan and humanitarian efforts in Gaza. The House has not passed it yet.
