Pre-Conditioning Warmup & Mobility

Like yesterday, I erred on the side of caution and ran through a full warmup before going in on the bike today.
-
First I hit it with the Roller to “allow” me to mobilize it once I got plenty of blood in there. Then, I hit the Posterior Chain with Banded Glute-Bridges, the Quadruplex and Banded Good Mornings. Following those exercises and feeling warmed up, I spent a minute of 2 on my Mobility Flow.

Last, for the warmup was the “warmup lap.” I do a mile on Level-10 Resistance at a “passing” pace of 03:20 +/- for a Mile.

Then I stop, reset and start in on the full 25 Kilometer “Trials”
