War, What [and for whom] Is It Good For?

Why Biden's State of the Union address and his opponents' responses to it confirm that the stranglehold of the war hawks of the corporate cartels over U.S. policy remains in place, so much so that they will risk triggering a nuclear war with Russia to defend their disintegrating petro-dollar empire.
