The ninth confirmed strike on a Russian refinery - this time the Kaluga Refinery, also known as the «First Plant».

Authorities reported that all 4 UAVs were shot down and there was no damage. But according to ASTRA, only 1/4 of the UAV was shot down, there were three arrivals, one of them was caught on video.

ASTRA also confirms that the plant's equipment was damaged. No civilians were injured
