[How To] Download manga from Mangakakalot, Nelomanga/Manganelo & Manganato ~ Mangakaroto!

Mangakaroto is a cute tool I made long time ago. It can download entire mangas from Mangakakalot, Nelomanga/Manganelo and Manganato. Just copy (Ctrl + C) the main URL of a manga, run the tool, press "Enter", select a chapter from which to start the download and voilá. I will update this thing if necessary in the future. Enjoy~
