A group of female athletes have sued the NCAA demanding awards, trophies, and records of transgender athletes be removed and awarded to biological females. Jeff and Bill discuss IF this is a winning legal strategy. Should trans athletes be allowed to compete in women's sports? Is there a difference in some sports based on the physicality? Is there a difference between the basketball team and the chess team? The conversation also covers bathrooms. Is there a way to find agreement to let people use the bathroom they want to?

Yes, this is offensive and a total power grab, but the real question is, "What are they afraid of"? What does it tell you when lawmakers think we, the voters, shouldn't get to see the conversations they have about legislation? What could go wrong???
